Allied Universal in Baldwinsville, NY is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Entry Screening Driver. You will perform access-control duties, monitor entry points, screen deliveries, respond to alarms, and patrol the site to deter unauthorized access.

Security Officer Full Time Entry Screening Driver in Baldwinsville, NY

Pay Rate: $18.11 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Tue: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Fri: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
• Sat: 11:00 PM - 07:0 A M
• Sun: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and drivers by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate access-related records.
• Screen incoming deliveries and outbound shipments in accordance with site procedures, directing authorized drivers and vendors to appropriate locations.
• Respond to access-control alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entrances, parking areas, loading docks, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
