Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures.
• Verify identities, credentials, access authorizations, and visitor documentation before granting entry.
• Monitor access control systems, alarms, and entry points; maintain logs of visitor activity, deliveries, incidents.
• Respond to access-related incidents calmly and follow escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of entry points and restricted areas to deter unauthorized access.

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Verify identities, credentials, access authorizations, and visitor documentation before granting entry to controlled areas.
• Monitor access control systems, alarms, and entry points; maintain accurate logs of visitor activity, deliveries, incidents, and access-related concerns.
• Respond to access-related incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, restricted areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
