Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Entry Control Driver in Weiner, AR, to monitor access points, verify credentials, and assist visitors at a manufacturing and industrial site. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures and access-control policies
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, issue visitor passes, and maintain entry/exit records
• Observe inbound/outbound vehicle activity, coordinate access for deliveries and shipments, report unauthorized access or unusual activity
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and follow reporting/escalation procedures
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor and control access points, verify credentials and visitor authorizations, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate entry and exit records.
• Observe inbound and outbound vehicle activity, coordinate access for deliveries and shipments, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
