Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required per federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider applicants with criminal histories per applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points, verify IDs and credentials, document visitor entries, and support site entry/exit procedures.
• Operate access-control systems, log activities, issue and recover access items, and report irregularities to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow escalation and communication protocols.
• Conduct regular patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and credentials, document visitor and contractor entry, and support compliance with site entry and exit procedures.
• Operate access-control systems, maintain accurate logs, issue and recover authorized access items, and report irregularities to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and communication protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
