Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Entry Control in Bossier City, LA to safeguard residents and visitors by managing entry points and delivering outstanding customer service. This on-site, full-time role supports a residential community with a focus on professional conduct and proactive security presence.

Position offers weekly pay, a $12.00 per hour rate, and opportunities to monitor access, greet residents, and respond to incidents in a calm, solution-oriented manner.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screen as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures and policies.
• Monitor and manage entry and exit activity at residential access points, verifying authorization and documenting visitor information.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and shift communications related to access activity and site observations.

As an Access Control Officer at a residential community, you will help manage entry points, greet residents and visitors, verify access, and maintain a visible presence that helps deter security-related incidents. You will communicate professionally, respond to access concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $12.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and manage entry and exit activity at residential access points, verifying authorization and documenting visitor, contractor, and delivery information in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and shift communications related to access activity, incidents, and site observations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
