Allied Universal in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Technology Specialist to provide reliable, flexible coverage at a designated site. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access to the property and verify visitor/contractor authorization.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; document observations and notify appropriate contacts.
• Maintain detailed activity, incident, and patrol reports and communicate with management.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Technology Specialist in Atlanta, GA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $19.67 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Sun: 07:00 AM - 12:30 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and report access-control concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate contacts as directed by site procedures.
• Maintain detailed activity, incident, and patrol reports while communicating professionally with property management, tenants, visitors, and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess supervisory experience.
• Have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have alarm panel experience preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
