Responsibilities

• Monitor parking facilities for unauthorized vehicles, access concerns, equipment issues, and conditions requiring attention and report observations.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally; call for help and complete required reports.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unauthorized activity and assist occupants, visitors, and responders.

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon07:00 PM - 11:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, parking patrons, and/or client representatives while carrying out site‑specific procedures and security‑related responsibilities at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of parking areas, building exteriors, access points, common areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, hazards, or property concerns.
• Monitor parking facilities for unauthorized vehicles, access concerns, equipment issues, and/or conditions requiring attention, and report observations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner; request appropriate assistance and complete required reports.
• Maintain a visible presence to help deter unauthorized activity, provide directions or assistance as needed, and communicate professionally with occupants, visitors, and emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
