Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI. This role offers flexible hours with fixed anchor shifts and opportunities to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $17.50 per hour. A valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history is required. Candidates must meet minimum age requirements and pass background and drug screening as per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, business areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate security-related logs and reports.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and following established response protocols.
• Help to deter unauthorized access and disruptive activity through a visible professional presence, clear communication, and timely escalation of security-related concerns.

Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour

Job Schedule: DayTimeSun10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
