Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver in Clifton Hill, MO.

This role offers fixed hours with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform, designed to provide reliable base hours and opportunities to increase earnings.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, a background investigation will be conducted.
• A drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally; escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, entrances, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and maintain incident logs and reports.
• Communicate observations and incidents professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver in Clifton Hill, MO, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate

$17.00 / Hour

Job Schedule

• Thur 06:00 PM - 12:00 AM

How This Role Works

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of office areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site policy, and maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports.
• Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding observations, incidents, and changing conditions at the location.

Minimum Requirements

• At least one year of security‑related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
