Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Licensed Unarmed at its Oklahoma City site. You will provide frontline security, monitor access, perform patrols, and respond to incidents on a flexible, shift-based schedule.

This role emphasizes reliability with fixed shifts and optional extra shifts via a scheduling platform. A License is required; background checks and drug screening may apply. Very competitive hourly pay and weekly pay schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Law Enforcement Officer License.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, a background investigation will be conducted.
• Drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state and position.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, entry points, and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as required.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and report as directed.
• Prepare clear incident reports and handoff notes using required tools.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Licensed Unarmed Patrol Observation in Oklahoma City, OK, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $22.00 / Hour

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, parking areas, entry points, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, verify credentials as required, and document access-related observations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders according to established procedures.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff information using required reporting tools.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess a valid Law Enforcement Officer License.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
