Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer - Part Time Enhanced in Beverly Hills, CA. This front desk role offers a fixed anchor shift with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings. Pay rate is $24.00 per hour, with a Friday overnight schedule from 12:00 AM to 08:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Must have at least one year of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Guard Card or license preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• Have alarm panel experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and clients by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Staff the front desk and serve as a professional point of contact by greeting visitors, verifying identification, managing visitor registration, and directing individuals to appropriate areas.
• Monitor access to the property through visitor logs, credential checks, and entry procedures, reporting unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site management and emergency responders as needed.
• Monitor front desk communications, receive deliveries and service requests, maintain accurate records, and report security-related issues according to site policies.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Front Desk Operations in Beverly Hills, CA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour

Job Schedule: Fri 12:00 AM – 08:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
