As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driving Patrol in Milwaukee, WI, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $19.45 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

DayTimeSun06:00 AM - 02:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (\"Anchor Shifts\"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.


• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at public transit locations.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, vehicle staging areas, and surrounding perimeters to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.


• Respond to incidents, passenger concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.


• Monitor access points and public areas, assist with directing individuals as needed, and help maintain orderly operations at assigned locations.


• Document observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and communicate relevant information to supervisors and appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.


• Customer service experience is preferred.


• Be at least 21 years of age


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
