Allied Universal in Renton, WA is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Patrol Observation. This role offers reliable hours with anchor shifts and the option to pick up extra shifts to increase earnings.

You will provide customer service, conduct patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents. A valid driver’s license and 2+ years security experience are required; background check and drug screening apply.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to guests, team members, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of entertainment areas, entrances, parking areas, and the surrounding property to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, or policy violations according to site procedures.
• Document incidents, patrol activities, and other security-related observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Patrol Observation in Renton, WA, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $24.70 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat06:00 PM - 02:00 AMSun05:00 PM - 01:00 AM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed‑Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.
