Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Mobile Coverage in Tulsa, OK. The role offers flexible, anchor shifts and opportunities to pick up extra shifts for increased earnings.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation will be conducted in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen will be conducted to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Driver Mobile Coverage in Tulsa, OK, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial refining location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to assigned areas, observe and report unusual conditions, and document activities, incidents, and observations in accordance with site procedures.
• Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, contractors, and emergency responders while maintaining awareness of changing working environments and conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
