Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced, Part Time Driver Front Desk at a Pleasanton, CA site. The role provides flexible, dependable hours with fixed anchor shifts and the option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings.

Pay rate is $25.75 per hour. Responsibilities include front desk duties, visitor management, and adherence to site-specific security procedures. Applicants will undergo background checks and a drug screen where permitted by law.

• At least 1 year of security-related experience are required.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check will be conducted per applicable laws.
• Drug screen will be conducted where permitted by law.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, contractors, and vendors while carrying out site-specific security procedures and policies at a healthcare location.
• Staff the front desk and manage visitor access by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and directing guests as required.
• Monitor entry points, reception-area activity, and security-related systems, reporting unusual activity or access concerns to proper personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other critical events calmly and professionally per procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and access-control records and communicate with site contacts and emergency responders.

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSun02:30 PM - 11:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

• Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and access‑control records while communicating professionally with site contacts and emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security‑related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
