Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Armed Mobile Response in Cleveland, OH. This role offers flexible, reliable hours with fixed anchor shifts, and the ability to earn more by picking up extra shifts via our scheduling platform.

Pay rate is $24.00 per hour. You will provide customer service, conduct armed patrols, monitor access, and follow site procedures at a banking location. A six-month commitment applies; background checks and a drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree.
• Armed guard card or license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted as per law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking, ATMs and surrounding perimeter.

Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Armed Mobile Response in Cleveland, OH, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour

Job Schedule

• Fri: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and authorized visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, ATMs, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and report suspicious activity, policy violations, and maintenance concerns to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and required documentation while handling assigned equipment in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
