Job summary

Allied Universal in Lewisport, KY, is seeking a Security Officer EMT to protect clients across Manufacturing & Industrial sites. You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, patrol facilities, and deliver exceptional customer service while supporting emergency response.

The role is full-time with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. Requirements include EMT certification, high school diploma, 18+ (21+ for armed roles), background check, drug screen, and a driver’s license if driving is required.

• Monitor entry points and verify credentials per policy.
• Respond to incidents calmly and follow emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor and control access to the manufacturing and industrial location by verifying credentials, processing visitors, and maintaining accurate entry and exit records.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-area perimeters, parking areas, and the business perimeter to help identify unauthorized activity or facility concerns.
• Monitor access control systems, alarms, and cameras as assigned, and document observations, incidents, and shift activities in accordance with site requirements.
