This opportunity emphasizes responsible service and community safety. Expect daily contact with client staff and guests, de-escalation, identification of hazards, adherence to post orders, and use of security tech across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills required.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening including drug screen and background check.
• Open availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate where needed.
• Interact frequently with client employees and guests.
• Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions or suspicious activity.
• Follow all post orders and complete assigned rounds.
• Provide customer service and information to the client’s employees and guests.
• Utilize technology devices during shift.
• Conduct tours of the property.
• Carry out tasks and duties of similar nature as site requires.
