Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Driving Property Patrol in Springfield, MO. This Part Time role offers $16.37 per hour and a schedule including Mon and Tue nights from 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM.

You will provide customer service, perform patrols, monitor access, document incidents, and respond to emergencies in alignment with Allied Universal values. Requirements: valid driver’s license, 18+ (21+ for armed), high school diploma or equivalent, and successful completion of a background

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and emergency response activities at a food and beverage facility.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, docks, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor entry requirements, and maintain accurate security-related logs and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Support facility operations by observing food-production access requirements and reporting conditions that may affect site operations or security-related concerns.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements. What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
