Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Driver Security Patrol in Hampton, AR to serve and safeguard clients across industries such as Aero/Defense. You will conduct routine unarmed patrols, maintain a visible presence, and provide exceptional customer service on a dynamic aerospace and defense site.

This full-time role requires a valid driver’s license, 18+ (21+ for armed roles), a high school diploma or equivalent, and passing background and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen will be conducted where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency responses at an aerospace/defense site.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials per site procedures, and report unusual conditions or violations to leadership and site contacts.
• Prepare clear reports and communicate observations, incidents, and patrol findings to Allied Universal leadership.

• Wed 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Thur 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM
• Fri 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Sat 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, restricted-access points, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unusual conditions or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and patrol findings to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
