Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense-related location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry as required to maintain controlled access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with calm, problem-solving approach; document observations and report concerns.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, perimeter, parking areas, and other locations.
• Assist with visitor management, credential verification, and reporting of irregular conditions to site leadership or emergency responders.

What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense-related location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site requirements, helping to maintain controlled access to business areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and report concerns according to established procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the business, perimeter, parking areas, and other assigned locations; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
• Assist with visitor management, credential verification, and the reporting of irregular conditions to site leadership and/or emergency responders.

Minimum Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
