What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors and employees by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Operate the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, and directing individuals to the appropriate destination per site access guidelines.
• Monitor lobby activity, cameras, alarms, and access control systems from the front desk, reporting irregular conditions and helping to deter unauthorized entry.
• Respond to incidents, requests for assistance, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and document events in reports and/or logs per site requirements.
• Communicate clearly with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership regarding daily activity, policy questions, and incident notifications, escalating concerns as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
