Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Driver Property Monitoring in Little Rock, AR. The role involves unarmed patrols at a manufacturing/industrial site, monitoring access points, and providing excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

The position requires a valid driver's license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and completion of background checks and drug screening as per policy. Fri-Sun evening shifts are included on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements include a valid driver's license.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as per federal/state/local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter, reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate entry, exit, and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Help deter unauthorized activity by maintaining a visible presence and reporting suspicious activity or policy violations.

Pay Rate: $16.40 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sun: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
