Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring for a Full Time security position in which you will provide customer service and security-related procedures across our sites. The role operates on a night schedule with a pay rate of $21.85 per hour.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, patrolling premises, monitoring access, and maintaining logs and reports. A valid driver’s license is not required, but a clean background check and CPR/First Aid certification are favorable.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check in accordance with federal/state/local laws.

What You\'ll Do:\

\

\
• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.\

\
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, reporting observations and concerns according to site procedures.\

\
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, grounds and perimeter, documenting observations and helping to deter unauthorized activity.\

\
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, following site-specific entry and reporting protocols.\

\
• Communicate professionally with visitors, employees and emergency responders while maintaining accurate activity logs and incident reports.\

Minimum Requirements:\

\

\
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.\

\
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.\

\
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.\

\
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.\

\
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.\

\
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.\

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.\

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.\
