Job Description

As a Security Officer Driver Clearance Required in Clearfield, UT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at an aerospace and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, monitor assigned areas, help discourage security-related incidents, and provide professional customer service and communication. What You’ll Do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.


• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.


• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.


• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as directed, and report unauthorized activity or unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.


• Complete patrol logs, incident reports, and other required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.


• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.


• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.


• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.


• Access control and badge experience is preferred.


• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.


• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.


• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.


• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.


• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.


• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
