Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Driver Badge Issuance in Three Rivers, TX. This part-time role manages site entry, verifies credentials, and supports badge access at a chemical/petrochemical location while delivering excellent customer service.

You will meet Allied Universal driver policy requirements, operate on a rotating Day/Evening schedule, and earn $20.00 per hour. Join a team that values safety, integrity, and reliability.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control requirements, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical/petrochemical location.
• Monitor and control access to the facility by verifying credentials, authorizations, visitor documentation, and contractor entry requirements in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain accurate access-control logs, issue and collect visitor or contractor credentials as authorized, and report discrepancies or unauthorized access attempts to the appropriate site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established notification and emergency response protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, facility areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
