All Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer Driver Alarm Panel Patrol in Winston-Salem, NC. You will serve and safeguard clients across education, healthcare, and other settings while delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, staff, and visitors while following security procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document observations as required.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, walkways, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor directions and policy compliance.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate information to leadership and site contacts.

As an Unarmed Security Officer at an education healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for students, staff, patients, and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and/or other individuals while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, medical-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document observations as required.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of campus buildings, parking areas, walkways, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor directions, access-control procedures, and/or campus policy compliance.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
