As a Security Officer Dispatch - Hospital Site in Greenville, SC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Healthcare Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, and support timely response to security-related incidents across a dynamic healthcare location. You will provide outstanding customer service, maintain clear documentation, and work collaboratively with onsite teams to help create a welcoming environment. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $23.48 / Hour

Job Schedule:

This is a full-time position. You can expect to work a minimum of 30 hours per week. The schedule for this position has not been assigned yet. If you are selected to move forward, your schedule will be determined as you progress through the hiring, onboarding, and training process. Your manager will work with you to assign a schedule based on business needs before your start date.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for assistance, alarms, incidents, and routine service requests using radio, telephone, and computerized dispatch systems.
• Maintain clear, accurate records of calls, incidents, dispatch activity, and communications in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating communications with appropriate personnel and emergency responders.
• Monitor security-related systems, cameras, alarms, and access activity as assigned, and report unusual conditions or equipment concerns to appropriate personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
