Qualifications

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and transportation partners following site-specific security procedures.
• Monitor communications, alarms, cameras, and other systems; relay information to personnel and agencies.
• Respond to incidents calmly following escalation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain dispatch logs and incident reports.
• Conduct regular patrols of facilities, parking areas, and perimeters.
• Support handling of emergencies and routine security tasks as directed by the site.
