Allied Universal is hiring full-time Security Officers for a defense tech company in Lexington, MA. Shifts include 6 AM–2 PM, 2 PM–10 PM, and 6 AM–10 AM. Starting pay is $27.00 per hour with paid orientation and training. Candidates must have 2+ years of security experience and be 21+ years old.

Officers will serve clients across industries such as commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government, providing customer service while maintaining safety and security procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law; drug screen administered where permitted.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws; driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while following safety and security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and solve problems.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the site and perimeter.
