Job summary

DSI Security Services is growing its team in Los Angeles and is hiring Security Officers to join a professional, inclusive environment. You will patrol, observe and report hazards, and interact with clients and the public while upholding DSI standards for safety and service.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills. Shifts are Monday–Friday, 5am–3pm (50 hours weekly) with a pay rate of $19.25 per hour and comprehensive

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment through visible presence and routine patrols.
• Observe, report, and respond to hazards, incidents, and suspicious activity.
• Follow DSI policies, client requirements, and post-specific instructions.
• Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.
• Complete required reports and documentation accurately and timely.
• Participate in training and comply with DSI safety procedures and manuals.
