Job Details

Position: Security Officer - Day Shift (7:00 am - 3:30 pm)

Location: FREEDOM POINTE AT THE VILLAGES, LLC

Pay Range: $17.00/hr - $18.00/hr (based on experience and skills)

Job Summary

The Security Officer maintains a safe environment for residents, visitors, staff, and community property. Responsibilities include verifying employee and contractor presence, conducting rounds, responding to emergencies, delivering packages, assisting with community maintenance, and performing light duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
• Effective communication skills
• Basic arithmetic skills
• One year of security experience preferred
• Wears appropriate non-slip footwear

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

• Light to moderate physical effort
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to walk most of the day
• Exposure to weather elements possible
