Securitas USA is seeking a Security Officer Data Center Flex at our primary site in Hillsboro, OR. The role pays $23.50/hour with flexible / multiple shifts across client sites, including mid-shifts and overnight coverage.

As a Security Officer, you will patrol premises, monitor systems, control access, and respond to emergencies to maintain a safe environment for employees, clients, and visitors. Comply with safety protocols and company policies.

Formación

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Prior Security, Law Enforcement or Military experience a plus.
• Must be able to work independently and provide excellent customer service.
• Must be able to remain calm under pressure and remain vigilant during shift.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgement and escalation.
• Must have strong observational skills, excellent communication abilities, and quick decision-making.

• Monitor and operate surveillance cameras, alarm systems, and security equipment.

Wage: $23.50/Hour

Schedules Available

• Wednesday - Sunday 12am-8am
• 2nd/3rd Shift availability

Schedule: Flexible / Multiple shifts available at various client sites

The Flex Security Officer provides security at various client sites by protecting people, property, and assets by patrolling premises, monitoring systems, controlling access, and responding to emergencies to maintain a safe and secure environment. They serve as a helpful professional resource while ensuring everyone on the property follows safety protocols.
