You will monitor and patrol aerospace and defense facilities, provide customer service, and enforce access control while communicating clearly and professionally.

Qualifications

• One or more years of security-related experience is required.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Pepper spray certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout aerospace and defense facilities, including buildings, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access control points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities through accurate reports and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.

As a Security Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct access control activities, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while supporting a professional environment. Pay Rate: $21.53 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Mon 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Tue 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
• Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
