Qualifications

• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including business spaces, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally, following site protocols and contacting relevant personnel or emergency services.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and assist with orderly entry and exit procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, employees, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including business spaces, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following site-specific protocols and contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed, and assist with maintaining orderly entry and exit procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns, communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least six months of security-related experience.
• A state, county, or city‑issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
