Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer for a corporate building in New York, NY. You will guard a financial institution, perform security procedures, monitor entrances, and deter incidents while delivering professional customer service.

Responsibilities include patrolling, incident response, access control, and accurate documentation. Must meet minimum requirements and pass background and drug screenings as applicable.

Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check per applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

As a Security Officer supporting a financial institution location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, manage access control and badge activities, and remain visible to help deter incidents.
