Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for residents, guests, vendors, and service providers entering the residential location.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records in accordance with site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel; conduct regular patrols to identify unusual activity.

As an Access Control Officer at a residential location, you will help create a welcoming, secure environment by managing access points, verifying credentials, monitoring visitor activity, and communicating clearly with residents, guests, and team members. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $15.48 / Hour

Weekly Pay

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for residents, guests, vendors, and service providers entering the residential location.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and delivery records in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, common areas, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
