Security Officer - Conrad Indianapolis (Finance)

Conrad Indianapolis is seeking a Security Officer to join our Security Team. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career within a Fortune 500 company and a prestigious luxury brand.

As the city's first true luxury hotel and the only Forbes-recommended hotel in the state, this 23-story hotel features 241 rooms, 15,000 sq ft of banquet space, and three dining outlets: The Capital Grille, Tastings - Wine Bar & Bistro, and in-room dining.

• Classification: Full-Time

• Shift: AM and PM shifts required; availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays is necessary.

Pay Rate: $17/hour plus full benefits

Responsibilities:

1. Patrol the interior and perimeter of the hotel to identify safety and security risks.
2. Respond to emergencies such as safety hazards, fires, medical incidents, and threats to safety or property.
3. Promote safe work practices among staff and guests.
4. Conduct preliminary investigations into incidents as needed.
5. Complete reports and maintain accurate documentation.
6. Assist guests with inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously.
