As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Presence in Aston, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As an unarmed patrol officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and report security-related concerns. You will support access control, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and deliver exceptional customer service. Pay Rate: $15.75 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Wed: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thur: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Fri: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout warehouse, loading dock, parking, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor and contractor entry requirements, and maintain accurate logs and incident reports.
• Observe shipping and receiving activity and report damaged property, unsecured areas, or policy concerns to appropriate site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
