Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Screen individuals, vehicles, packages, and deliveries; verify credentials and direct authorized personnel.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report concerns through established channels.
• Maintain visitor, delivery, and access records; support orderly entry and exit procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas and perimeter.
