GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in North Las Vegas, NV. The role emphasizes strong customer service as you engage with people across shifts in offices, hotels, and shopping centers. A uniform is provided and career growth is available.

You will be responsible for patrols, incident reporting, rapid response, and enforcing procedures to safeguard people and property. PILB license and U.S. work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent (GED) required.
• 21+ years old minimum.
• Valid PILB (Private Investigator/License) in hand.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service as a top priority.
• Observe and survey assigned location and report activity.
• Respond rapidly in critical situations.
• Perform interior/exterior foot patrols.
• Read and write detailed incident reports accurately.
• Enforce company procedures, regulations and standards.
• Ensure employee safety and protect property with screening and access control.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Site Location: North Las Vegas, NV.
• Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time shift available!
• Shift 1: Grave: 11pm-7am: Sunday to Thursday.
• Shift 2: PT Swing/Day Mix: 1pm-9pm: Sunday/5am-1pm: Monday.

Responsibilities Of a Concierge Security Guard

• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You observe, survey the area, and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You are able to be on your feet, conducting vital foot patrols Interior/Exterior throughout your shift.
• You’re good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
• You protect the safety of employees, and protect goods from theft through effective screening, bag searches, wanding, and other procedures. Providing vital access control.
• Your attention to detail will reward you through incentives to be discussed during the interview.

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• You have a high school education or equivalent (GED) in hand.
• You are at least 21 years of age.
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a valid PILB in hand.
• You have strong work ethic!
• You are authorized to work in the U.S.
