Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services provider in North America, seeks a Security Officer Full Time Client Relations in Beverly Hills, CA. You will protect residents, welcome guests, and enforce site policies while maintaining calm, professional service across shifts.

Responsibilities include patrolling, reporting incidents, and coordinating with management. Requirements include at least 6 months in security and a high school diploma; valid background check and drug screen

Qualifications

• Security-related experience is preferred (minimum 6 months).
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to resident concerns, incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential areas and perimeters to identify issues.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site policies to maintain an orderly environment.
• Document incidents and shift activities accurately and promptly; communicate to site management.
