Allied Universal® is hiring a Security Officer Full Time Client Relations in Beverly Hills, CA. You will safeguard residents and visitors, monitor areas, and provide welcoming customer service within a residential condominium community.

The role offers a full-time schedule with pay rate of $23.00 per hour. You will perform patrols, respond to incidents, and document activities, contributing to a safe, friendly living environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to resident concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, building perimeters, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site-specific policies, helping to maintain an orderly residential environment.
• Document incidents, observations, and/or shift activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
