Security Officer - Cleared (Clearance Required - Unarmed)

As a Cleared Security Officer, you will be entrusted with sensitive information, protecting classified data and personnel. You will receive specialized training aligned with your clearance level, supporting your professional growth in the security field.

Pay: $18.80 / Hour

Responsibilities

• Conduct walking patrols
• Check badges/credentials
• Respond to alarms
• Complete daily activity reports
• Monitor CCTV
• Utilize basic computer skills
• Provide high-quality security services, safeguarding personnel, property, and information
• Greet guests and employees; escort visitors and contractors
• Follow site-specific protocols and report safety concerns or security breaches
• Respond to security or emergency alarms
• Act as a first responder in emergencies

Qualifications (must Have)

• High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
• Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance
• State/local licensing as required
• Minimum of three years security experience on a DoD-cleared site or prior military experience
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Intermediate computer skills for wireless technology operation

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior law enforcement or armed security experience
• Associate's degree or higher in Criminal Justice, Business, or related field
