• At least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check as required by law.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• License requirements vary by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location, following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter; identify and report hazards.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry per site procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and notify appropriate contacts or responders.
• Prepare clear reports of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal.

As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, access concerns, or facility hazards.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures, maintaining awareness of controlled areas and visitor activity.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and other security-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
