As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting an aerospace and defense location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while responding to security-related concerns. Pay Rate: $23.69 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat10:00 PM - 06:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security‑related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access‑control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, following established reporting and escalation protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and/or potential security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures; assist with visitor management and maintain required logs and documentation.
• Communicate observations, incidents, and maintenance or security‑related concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• A state, county, or city‑issued security‑related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
