Allied Universal in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Security Officer X Ray Checkpoint Examiner to safeguard clients across logistic environments. You will screen personnel, visitors, and materials, support access control, and deter incidents with a professional presence.

Day schedule includes early shifts; pay rate is $17.22 per hour. You will join a dynamic team and provide exceptional customer service while following site procedures and emergency protocols.

Formación

• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs.
• X-Ray screening experience preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• Screen personnel, visitors, packages, shipments, and vehicles in accordance with established site procedures and applicable requirements.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials, shipping documentation, and authorized entry for restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site contacts and emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution facility, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.

As a Security Officer X Ray Checkpoint Examiner in Indianapolis, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Screener in a logistics and distribution location, you will help maintain a secure environment by screening personnel, visitors, and materials, supporting access control, and monitoring for security-related concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with team members, and help deter incidents through a visible, professional presence.
