GardaWorld Security Services in Sacramento, CA is seeking a Casual Response Security Officer to adapt across sites and events. You’ll perform customer service, patrols, and surveillance with agility and precision.

The role requires monitoring and protecting people and property, controlling access, and documenting incidents. A HS diploma/GED, 1 year of security experience, and a valid BSIS Guard Card are expected.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years old
• One year of Security experience
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
• BSIS Guard Card and 32hr. BSIS security trainings (additional trainings can be obtained during hiring)

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity
• Control access points and verify identities
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 21 years old
• One year of Security experience required
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and an additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
