Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of security experience.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• State/municipal security license preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation required and drug screen where permitted.

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and vendors by following security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of production, warehouse, office, shipping, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; document observations and policy violations.
• Support a professional environment at a production site by reporting hazards and concerns.

As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Computer Reporting in Fort Worth, TX, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking‑up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

• Thur: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick‑up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you.

This role is ideal for candidates seeking part‑time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, following established site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production, warehouse, office, shipping, receiving, and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary throughout the location.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and document security‑related observations, incidents, and/or policy violations.
• Support a professional environment at a food and beverage production location by reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and operational concerns to appropriate site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 6 months of security‑related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Have customer service experience, preferred.
• Hold CPR certification, preferred.
• Hold a state, county, or city‑issued license for security‑related work, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
