Job summary

MGM Resorts International’s Beau Rivage is seeking a grave shift Security Officer in Biloxi, MS. You will patrol, monitor alarms and cameras, and provide first-rate guest service while addressing incidents with professionalism.

Requirements include 1+ year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license. The role is full-time with an 9:15pm–7:15am schedule and includes mandatory training and emergency response duties.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor all areas of the property, including exterior, by bicycle or company vehicle.
• Monitor alarm system and surveillance cameras.
• Provide excellent guest service to guests and employees and resolve complaints and issues.
• Write reports of daily activities and irregularities such as property damage, theft, or unusual occurrences.
• Act as a dispatcher to relay information to appropriate personnel using phones or radios.
• Assist in emergency situations by securing the scene and initiating evacuation procedures.
